Redeeming a Gift Voucher.

Your Validated Gift Voucher will be listed as an "item" in your Shopping Cart and placed as a Credit against any purchases.

You may spend Less, To the exact amount, or more than the gift voucher.

       # If you spend less than the amount of your Gift Voucher the balance will be held as a credit against your account for future purchases.

       # If your purchases including postage equal the Gift Voucher amount then no additional payment is required and the Gift Voucher will be finalised.

       # If your purchases exceed the amount of the voucher you need to make up the difference utilising any of our payment methods.

A gift Voucher may be redeemed in person at our office. see address details and office hours in "Contact Us"

A Gift Voucher redeemed online will have the postage cost added to the total product purchases.

Puchasing a Gift Voucher.

A gift Voucher will be validated for use once payment is processed by Active products.

Payment of a Gift Voucher is by Credit Card only and using the Active Products WEB site purchasing process.

A Gift Voucher is not redeemable in cash by the recipient. ( in full or part).
